Motherhood can be beautiful, stretching, exhausting, and everything in between… and so often, there’s little time to pause and be held yourself.
This Mother’s Circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come as you are. A space to connect with other mothers, share (as much or as little as you feel), and take a moment to land back in your body.
Together we’ll explore gentle practices to support you, which may include:

✨ Nervous system support
✨ Rest, reflection, and connection
There’s no pressure, no expectations-just a warm, welcoming space where you can be seen, heard, and supported.

If this feels like something you need, I’d love to have you join us.
When you arrive the main door will be open but there is a code to get into the second door so I will endeavour to be there waiting to greet you and help you into the building. I please ask that you come slightly early to get settled if possible . If you arrive more than 5 minutes late I cannot come down repeatedly to let you in as this will disrupt the session for the other mothers and for safety the second door will be locked from the outside which is venue policy.
