Welcome to Sling Tots, bought to you by Tappy Toes. A joyful, feel-good dance inspired movement class for parents who want to get moving again and make some new friends. We've been teaching your babies and toddlers for 20 years now, and thought it was about time we offered something especially for YOU!

With your baby safely snuggled in a sling or carrier, Sling Tots combines dance, movement and FUN!
*No dance experience needed
We know parenting can be lonely and we want to change that. Join our Sling Tots community and make friends who could just last a lifetime!
Our classes are 45 minutes of movement PLUS 15 minutes of gossip! Many of our babies fall asleep (dare I say it) as you move, so it really is an hour of 'ME' time.
This is a six week course. You must be cleared for exercise for your GP before booking.

Tappy Toes Classes run during term time. You can enrol for a whole term or book a trial session. The trial is three consecutive classes which will be give you a great taster of how the classes run and how your little one learns and blossoms even over just three weeks! Tappy Toes events are one-off themed classes for one date only and are usually during half term. These can be booked in the same way online for a single session fee.
