A place to slow down, switch off from the outside world and soak in all those precious early moments together.

Our beautiful baby massage sessions are filled with love, connection, relaxation and gentle sensory experiences designed to nurture both baby and parent ✨

Suitable from 6 weeks right up until crawling (and sometimes even longer for the little ones who never want to leave 🥹)

Each session includes a magical mix of:

💜 Baby massage

💜 Baby reflexology

💜 Sensory play & exploration

💜 Relaxation for both parent & baby

💜 Bonding moments to treasure forever

You’ll also be guided through massage techniques which may help ease:

✨ Colic

✨ Reflux

✨ Constipation

✨ Congestion

✨ Teething discomfort

✨ Tummy time support

At SweetDreams, everything is thoughtfully prepared for you so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience 🤍

Our space is always warm, cosy and welcoming, with everything you need provided — from soft mats and oils to warm towels for your little ones after their massage 🫧☁️

As the weeks go on, babies are gently introduced into the world of sensory play through lights, textures, sounds and magical little setups designed to spark curiosity and encourage development in the sweetest way ✨

More than just a class, SweetDreams is a chance to make memories, meet other mums, build confidence and enjoy uninterrupted bonding time with your baby in those fleeting early days 🤍

Sessions are booked in relaxed 5 week blocks, and many of our mums continue term after term as their little ones grow and flourish with us 🥹

To finish each term, we celebrate with our very special graduation session 🎓✨

Little ones get dressed in adorable handmade cap & gowns while parents enjoy a sweet treat and something bubbly (non alcoholic of course 🥂) as we celebrate all the magical moments, milestones and memories made together.

Everything you need for the session is fully provided, including mats, towels, sensory items and massage equipment so there’s no need to bring anything extra unless you’d like to.

To help keep our space clean, warm and comfortable for the babies, I kindly ask that all adults remove their shoes before stepping onto the mats 👣

Please arrive a few minutes early where possible so you can settle in comfortably before we begin.

✨ Access Information ✨

We have doorbells on both entrances to the building. Please ring the buzzer on whichever side you arrive at and I’ll come and let you in 🤍

📍 Studio24 Entrance – Wellington Lane
This entrance is level access with no steps, making it suitable for prams and easy access.

📍 Wellington Square Entrance
Please note this entrance has steps into the building and is not suitable for prams.
