ST SAVIOURS WENDELL PARK

St Saviour’s Stay & Play is the place to be! We meet on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in term time, 10am-11.30am. You don’t need to book, and you can turn up whenever you like!

Spanning from Monday to Wednesday, every day has a different focus:

• Songtime on Monday
• Bubbles on Tuesday
• Puppets on Wednesday

Stay & Play is focused on 0-4 year olds, and encourages free play, sharing, problem solving, and motor and communication skills. We have a dedicated baby zone for the youngest of our visitors, and an area for the children to work on their walking skills with the help of baby walkers.

Come and meet new mums, dads, nannies and grandparents! Catch up over a coffee while the children learn and play in a safe space. Fruit and snacks included.

We have a £4 charge for one child, or £6 for two or more children. A discount is available for universal credit claimants.

Here are the details of our building’s accessibility.

There are a good number of parking spaces immediately outside the church, on both sides of the road. But please note that on weekdays, vehicles are prohibited from entering our section of Cobbold Road between 8 and 9.30am, and between 2.30 and 4pm. This Monday to Friday restriction is in place between the junctions of Hartswood Road and Becklow Road. There are cameras to monitor this and fines are issued, so please take care parking.

Nut allergies
We work to create a safe environment for anyone with severe nut allergies. We minimise the risk of allergic reactions by prohibiting from our building nuts and products which contain nuts. Please see the notices in church, and help us by following this rule.
