Calm, Music-Led Sessions for You and Your Baby

Hello, I’m Eleanor.

I am a music practitioner with over 10 years’ experience specialising in Early Years. My work centres on gentle, child-led approaches that nurture confidence, connection, and genuine joy through music.

Many baby groups can feel overstimulating, but your baby does not need more; they need you. These sessions are designed to strip things back and support your bond through calming sound and a slower, grounded pace.

Drawing on my experience leading sessions in London for the NHS-funded Music at Heart programme, I have created a low-pressure space for parents and babies under 1 to breathe, settle, and connect.

Hosted at the beautiful, light-filled British Waterways Building by the canal, these sessions are kept small and intimate to ensure a truly supportive environment where you can move freely and be yourself.

Practical Details

Sessions are £10 each and include complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee, filtered water, and snacks, as well as access to kitchen facilities if you wish to bring your own food. You can choose to pay as you go, or save by booking a 10-week consecutive block for £80.

Note: If cost is a barrier, please do reach out to me privately, as I want these sessions to be accessible to everyone.

Schedule

Mondays (Mothers only and babies under 1): Doors open at 10:45; session starts at 11:00.

Tuesday afternoons (Mothers and/or Fathers and babies under 1): Doors open at 12:45; session starts at 13:00.

Each session includes 45 minutes of music, with optional time at the end to chat, chill, and eat.
