Description

Led by Hannah & Becky, this face to face support group provides a friendly listening space if you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health. We support anyone struggling from conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond.

We’ll provide a hot drink and a safe environment to talk it out. We have lots of signposting and support we can provide.

This isn’t therapy. This is a chance to build that village that everyone talks about.

Hannah & Becky are both trained volunteers by PANDAS Foundation - the nationwide perinatal mental health charity.
