It is a small gathering of women coming together to learn gentle and uplifting songs in a safe space where we build community, sing, laugh and just be together.
"This isn't a choir, it's clinically proven support for new mothers" you will have heard the term "it takes a village to raise a child" well this is the village you have been looking for.
We welcome women of all ages and stages to bring their ears and voices and experience to support one another in feeling a sense of community.
The medicine is all in the song and you should feel comfortable to just listen or hum if you prefer. I am confident that in a short space of time your voice will want to ring out with the others and join the music.
