What To Expect

No prior experience of singing necessary; we sing for connection, not perfection! There are no solos, auditions or sheets of music. Just simple songs learnt by ear in a circle that will leave you feeling relaxed and uplifted.

Expect a warm welcome along with some tea and cake. For women with and without little ones.

Why Singing Mamas?

Singing Mamas are a national non-profit working across the UK - we’re a grassroots movement of women who are all committed to improving wellbeing through singing. We exist because singing is clinically proven to reduce symptoms of postnatal depression faster than the usual forms of treatment. You'll lower your stress levels, improve your mood and increase your bond with your baby.
