SINGING MAMAS

Singing Mamas is a non-profit, award-winning, global movement for maternal wellbeing. We deliver nurturing, supportive singing groups for mothers and their allies.

Women of all ages and stages are welcome, with or without children. We believe we are all innately able to sing and we know that singing can do amazing things for your wellbeing. All songs are taught by ear. You’ll find no sheet music, no musical jargon, no auditions, no solos, no critique of voice, no pressure. We are absolutely about the singing and not the sound. The experience, not the musicality.

Singing Mamas offers a supportive space to meet and connect with other women - breastfeeding is welcome, bottle feeding is welcome, tears are welcome, just as you are - you are welcome. As well as singing nourishing and uplifting songs, the groups are an opportunity to connect with others and make new friends. We end each session with time for refreshments and chat.
