Group singing is not just for fun. It improves mental and physical health by boosting "happy hormones" while lowering stress-inducing cortisol. It strengthens social bonds, reduces loneliness, and fosters a sense of community. Which is why this parent and Child singing group is a little different from most.

For all abilities, we sing to boost emotional wellbeing, find connection and be creative. Singing and harmonising songs from all over, folk, jazz, gospel etc thats easy to learn. No sheet music, just learning by ear and lots of repetition. Babies love listening to the music we create and often join us in their own way. We have toys and books to entertain children while we sing.

Bryony Jarman-Pinto is a vocalist, songwriter and vocal coach. An international performer, her heart lies in community singing, having lead singing workshops around the country through different organisations.
