Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, navigating feeding challenges, introducing solid foods or simply looking for trusted guidance, I provide personalised, evidence-based support tailored to your family's needs and goals.

With over 9 years of experience supporting families across NHS maternity and community services, I have worked with thousands of parents through pregnancy, the newborn period and beyond. My experience includes leading infant feeding services, supporting complex feeding challenges and helping families build confidence in feeding their babies.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental approach that recognises every family is different. My role is not to tell you what you should do, but to provide practical support, evidence-based information and compassionate guidance so that you can make informed decisions that feel right for you and your baby

Support is available for a range of feeding topics including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing, combination feeding, returning to work, introducing solid foods and responsive feeding.

Home visits are available within 8 miles of Angel, N1, alongside virtual appointments for families who prefer support from home.

My aim is simple: to ensure parents feel heard, supported and confident in feeding their baby.

To help make the most of your appointment, you may be asked to complete a short intake form before your session. This helps me understand your circumstances, concerns and feeding goals in advance.

If your baby has been born, please ensure they are available during the appointment where possible, as observing a feed may help inform the support provided.

Please note that feeding support is not a substitute for medical care. If you have concerns about your own health or your baby's health, please contact your GP, midwife, health visitor, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate.
