Description
Our mum and baby Pilates classes run every Friday 10.30-12pm.
Sessions include 45 minutes of mat Pilates, followed by mum social time with complementary tea and biscuits.
All abilities are welcome - classes are designed to help rebuild you postpartum core, as well as give you some space to get out the house and move your body. Babies can be incorporated into some of the workout but can also be positioned next to/in front of you.
If you need to breastfeed or take a break/ soothe your baby during class, you’re very welcome to. We have a small room next to the hall if you wanted to have a more secluded space to breastfeed. The hall is also big enough to store prams so you can bring them in with you.
Please note:
- You must be at least 8 weeks post-partum and had your 6 week postpartum check-in with your GP
- Bring some toys if you can to keep your baby occupied!
- If you have a mat, please bring one if you have the space. Otherwise we have some spares that are subject to availability.
If you’re running late don’t worry, just come along. You’ll still have social time at the end to make the most of your trip.
