Description

A social workout for parents while the kids are entertained by free play equipment and baby toys.

The workout is 45 mins of light weights, body weight exercises and padwork. Work at your own pace!

We encourage parents to bring a few toys of their child’s choice but we also provide a few free play pieces of equipment (low balance beam, stepping stones, play tunnel etc) and a safe blanket area for babies.

Come and have a workout and a chat without having to worry about childcare! Village hall location so safe (and contained) for children.

Pre and post natal safe. Relaxed and friendly environment. Post- class coffee encouraged in Headcorn after class.
