SANGUINE KIDS

A welcoming 3 week Baby reflexology course where you will learn a range of adapted reflexology techniques to use on your babies feet to help support them emotionally and physically.

Week 1: Soothe & Sleep

Week 2: Rest & digest

Week 3: Comfort & ease

With qualified Reflexologist Kath from The Sanguine Smith, trained in Baby Reflex by The School of Calmology.

The classes encouraging bonding, relaxation and calming touch.

You will also be shown relaxing self care techniques for you!

All classes are 11am-12pm on Mondays at Shoreham Centre, Shoreham by Sea.

Ground floor room, cafe on site and parking next door.

NO DROP INS!

You will get a printed handbook each week to take home.

Classes are about an hour with a chatty tea break in the middle.
