Baby massage is a wonderful way to focus on bonding with your child in a calm and supportive environment.

Over the 4 weeks I will teach you a range of soothing techniques that can benefit your baby by helping to support their emotional and physical wellbeing.

These are techniques you can use at home, and you get a weekly handbook to keep with details of all the moves.

We don’t use oil and babies don’t need to be undressed!

All classes with qualified Reflexologist & experienced educator Kath, with relaxing easy self-care tips for you too!

We'll have a chatty tea break in the middle and there is a chill out area off to one side if you or your little one needs some space.

Our venue is on the ground floor with lots of room for buggies, a cafe on site, parking next door and a large baby change.
