Roll out your mat and stretch, shake and breathe! We all know that motherhood can sometimes be overwhelming, so here’s your hour to gently unwind through movement and mindfulness, surrounded by a room of other mamas who get it.
A nurturing class designed to support you in your post birth journey, with a focus on using gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation to rebuild core strength, release tension, and promote overall healing.
This is a welcoming space where building community is our priority…and it’s not a problem if babies cry, sleep or feed for the whole session! We get it. We’ve been there!
After Yoga we’ll head across the road to The Swan and Chequers for a hot drink, which is included in the price of your ticket.
This class is suitable for mothers who have been given the all-clear to return to gentle exercise from their midwife or GP
Bring babies in slings if possible, as buggy parking can get tight! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. All equipment is provided.
