Join us at Boreham Recreation ground for 45 minute pregnancy and postnatal safe workout. Bring your buggy or sling, babies, partners and bigger kids too. Focusing on building strength and endurance in an all body workout.
Option to block book 5 weeks or week by week subject to there being available spaces.
