Description

There are so many reasons why little ones thrive at Puddle Ducks. From the warm pools, the use of music and rhymes, and the wonderful bonding opportunities with their grown up.

Babies have a natural affinity with the water and our Floaties programme for 0-9 month-olds gently nurtures this, building confidence, both in the child and often the parent.

For babies from 6 months, our Splashers Classes are full of action, toys and song. The progression in this level is visible for all to see, with the littlest ones learning from their peers as well as their grown-ups and our wonderful teachers. Watching a baby that can’t yet walk, initiate their own head down swim is a pretty special thing!

From 15 months we have our Kickers Classes where we begin to introduce two short woggles to help your little one move around without adult support. And from 30 months to four years-old, we have our Little Dippers Classes. Across these classes our key Learning Outcomes are directly linked to personal survival, including partaking in our PJ Week, three times a year, where the children can learn how it feels to be in the water with clothes on.

Here at Puddle Ducks, we want every child to love swimming, respect the water and swim beautifully. That’s why our standards are the highest and our approach is unique. Let your child’s first introduction to water be the best environment to help them thrive.
