Gentle fitness class gets you back into fitness while being mindful of your post natal needs no need to worry about baby as they come along for the ride
meeting point by cafe on Yerbury road side of the park.
please bring along a mat or old towel/picnic blanket for floor work.
and a bottle of drinking.
