In this 6-week course you and your birth partner will develop a greater understanding of how to support your labour and birth in the best way that suits you.

Through practical sessions, we cover hypnobirthing, breathing and massage techniques and how using positions and biomechanics can really support you during your pregnancy and birthing journey. Going through each stage of labour, practicing contractions and rest using a combination of all the tools.
