Safe, guided movement and relaxation class, run by Sophie at Posilivity; Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Nutrition Coach and local mum. Includes gentle core and pelvic floor exercises, building strength and mobility alongside support and community
For mums 6-8 weeks post birth (after doctor sign off) up to 1 year postpartum
Babies welcome (pre crawling)
First class free, £12 per class thereafter, bring a mat and something for baby to rest on
Mondays 12-1pm Medhurst Hall
Pram access available (ramp). Informal class so mums can attend to baby's needs throughout
