Description
I would love to help you to optimise your body, mind and overall postnatal journey with my physiotherapist led postnatal pilates class.
This is a lovely gentle class, with a focus on recovering core and general strength, flexibility, balance and the pelvic floor. Perfect if you are recovering from pelvic girdle pain in your pregnancy, c-section, a perineal tear, pelvic floor issues or are struggling with back pain.
It could also be the beginning of allowing yourself some time to focus on you a little after your delivery and work towards getting back to some of the things you enjoyed before you welcomed your baby into the world.
In each class I will also be sharing some little nuggets of guidance and support on pelvic floor, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis (DRAM) and c-section recovery, optimising your bladder & bowel function, returning to activity and more!
