NURTURING POSITIVE BEGINNINGS

Join us at the beautiful Barns Rural Park for Nurturing Positive Beginnings four week baby massage course. The numbers are small for each course, to allow for you to get to know other parents and to share quality time with your baby. Partners are welcome to attend. Baby Massage has many benefits including reducing colic, improving baby's sleep and promoting positive touch. If you are looking for your first group or one to one for you and your baby, then this is the group for you. The course always finishes with refreshments and cake, and a time to answer questions with myself, qualified Health Visitor, or just to have a chat with other parents who are in learning the role as a new parent too.
