**Join Us for #WalkAndTalk!**
Every second Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00, starting May 7th, 2026. The meeting location will change each week—be sure to check our Instagram (@mumontherunbrighton) for updates on where to meet next!
The #WalkAndTalk initiative aims to:
- Foster conversations among parents about their experiences.
- Lighten the mental load by sharing support.
- Encourage physical activity through walking.
We'll gather for an hour-long walk, covering approximately 3 miles (5 km). Feel free to bring your little one in a buggy or sling, or come on your own. Grab a cuppa, and let’s enjoy the walk together!
