MOVING IN MATRESCENCE

Are you a new mother wanting connection and support? Need help understanding and processing your experience as a mother? Then come join this safe space.

We explore a different topic each week around the changes in matrescence . A space to explore the challenges and joys of motherhood, be seen in your new role and connect with other mothers who get it.

A relaxed informal space with a gentle prompt on theme each week and space to share with others (as little or as much as you’d like).

This group is a time for YOU, babies from newborn to pre walkers welcome. A small selection of toys provided. This is a safe space for you to feed, soothe, and change your baby. Refreshments provided.

These sessions are for any first time mothers in first year of parenting.

Access is on Bright street, number 28 green door with sign and picture of dandelion. Please ring bell to enter.

There is space for x3 buggies inside venue and more spaces available in the main building.

Free parking on streets around venue ( Victoria avenue can be good option) or there is Ducie road car park just off from Lawrence hill and it is a 3 min walk to venue from there. Please text or call 07815014435 if any issues getting to venue.
