Mommy & Me ✨

A gentle Pilates class for you and your baby – combined with a relaxed playdate and time to connect 🤍

We start with a casual meet & greet, move into a soft, postnatal-friendly Pilates session with your baby by your side, and continue with a short chat on tummy time + simple exercises you can do at home.

There’s also space to share, connect with other mums, and enjoy free play & snacks together. More than a class – a warm, supportive space for both of you 🤍
