💗 Family Yoga – Heart Opening & Loving Kindness 💗

Join us on Sunday at 3:00 PM for a special Family Yoga class designed for ages 2–5 years.

Our heart-opening, loving-kindness themed class is the perfect opportunity to stay active indoors during the cold winter months. Together, we’ll explore gentle heart-opening backbend poses and practice themes of love, kindness, and compassion - toward ourselves and others.

Led by Mary Sheppard

Each parent is welcome to attend with up to two children ages 2–5.
