Do you crave the chance to speak about what motherhood means to you, openly and honestly, in a safe, non-judgmental space? With a cup of tea and a biscuit..?
Our peer-led sessions use sharing of experiences to explore matrescence (meaning becoming a mother). They are led by two facilitators who are past participants and understand how turbulent this time can be. Their role is not to offer advice, but to guide the conversation and provide a listening, empathetic ear.

The Old Boat is pushchair/wheelchair accessible.
Each session is standalone, so you can come to as many as you'd like.
