MK YOGA

These classes are designed to give you the time to breathe, stretch and connect with your baby. We begin each class with a check in, some grounding breathing exercises and then a gentle, restorative pregnancy sequence. We'll bring the yoga practice to a close with a meditation and deep savasana relaxation with essential oils, to set you up for a good night's rest.

The practice will be followed by tea and a different homemade vegan sweet treat each week, to give you an opportunity to connect with others in your community (plus I believe that yoga and cake are an important combo). The yoga itself is open to all levels, whether you practised yoga regularly before or as a total beginner, everyone is welcome! This class is aimed particularly towards those in their second and third trimesters. All mats and props provided, and the tea and cake are included in the price of the class.
