Description
At Mindful Moments Kids Yoga, our parent/carer and child classes are designed to nurture connection, confidence, and wellbeing through fun, age-appropriate activities. Each session includes yoga-inspired movement, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, stories, songs, imaginative play, and relaxation. Children develop balance, coordination, focus, and emotional awareness while enjoying quality one-to-one time with their parent or carer in a supportive and welcoming environment.
