MAMA'S BABY

Mama's Baby offers memorable with your newborn - 9 months old babies. We currently run the location in Luton and Letchworth Garden City. Each session has a maximum of 6 spaces in so are really intimate and perfect for anxious mum's or dad's who want a bit more of a safe space, we also have private 1 to 1 sessions.

We offer different classes, which are baby massage, baby yoga, messy play, baby spa, baby and mama's spa, mama's night off, mama's retreat day.

Baby massage, baby yoga and messy play is a 6 week course. With baby massage class helps to increase levels of relaxation and relief from wind, colic and constipation. It also gives babies flexibility with gentle moves, during baby yoga, and lots of nursery rhymes in both classes.

In baby massage and yoga classes, we offer all the equipment, so you don't need to. We discuss different topics and have a memorable experience each week for you and the baby.

During messy play, we allow babies to understand different types of food, after babies have a bath, sensory activities, and an introductory chart to get your babies started on food journey. If your babies have any food allergies - which we do cater.

Baby spa is for 75 mins long, baby and mama's spa is for 90 mins long. This is suitable for 6 weeks old to pre-crawling. babies will get facial massage. Bespoke jacuzzi with gentle massaging whispers jet. A full sensory experience and mini manicure and pedicure. All equipment is provided.

Mama's night off is for 2 hours and retreat day are full day exclusive. These sessions are personalised and tailored. These are only for one day events except mama's night off. For mama's night off is for 6 weeks course. Mama's Night off is together with other mama's where each week, to discuss anything and also each week we offer different arts and crafts. Also focus on mind and body focus on rediscovering who you are post children.

All the courses offer refreshments. Parents, you can take as many pictures as you want.

Must ring the bell to enter the premises. If you miss the session for whatever reason, there will be no refund. Unless the owner has cancelled the class, you will be given a refund.
