Service Description

Standard booking price is £50 from if booked from May 2026.

This small-group postnatal reset series is designed for mums with babies from birth to pre-walking who want:

• Relief from shoulder & upper back tension

• Gentle core and pelvic floor reconnection

• A calm, welcoming space (with wriggly babies fully welcome)

• The comfort of seeing the same friendly faces each week

Babies are free to crawl, play, feed or nap — there is no expectation for them to stay on the mat.

This is not a drop-in class. It’s a supportive 4-week container to help you feel steadier, stronger and less alone in this season.

For the 4-week block, one missed session can be carried forward to the next term if needed — I know baby life is unpredictable.

Pram space available and easy access to the store.
Parking is available in Pegler Square Car Park or Aldi Kidbrooke.
Mats are available but advised to bring your own for more comfort.
Teas, coffees and snacks are available to purchase from our T4 bar.
