Description

Our Step One Baby Foundation Course is a beautiful 5 week course.

We discover Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Makaton, tummy time techniques and sensory play. We hold a paediatric first aid course specifically for parents and carers.

We have a social get-together with other parents and families.

Included in the cost of the course is a LullaBaby tote bag complete with a course guide and massage oil - we'll also pop some sensory resources in for you too.

Step One is about taking things slowly and building a connection - building a supportive community for you and for baby.
