Join us for this special edition of our calm and welcoming Montessori Play session, with a supportive introduction to baby and child sleep from our guest expert Flic from Creating Dreams Sleep Solutions.

This 75-minute session is designed for babies and children (0–4 years), offering a peaceful, carefully prepared environment where little ones can explore freely at their own pace. Alongside this, we’re delighted to welcome guest expert Flic from Creating Dreams Sleep Solutions, who will share a short, reassuring talk on sleep support followed by a chance for a Q&A. 

Flic offers a responsive, flexible approach to sleep, helping families better understand their child’s needs and rhythms. This session will provide simple, practical guidance to support sleep in a way that feels calm, realistic, and respectful for both you and your child.

The session remains relaxed and unstructured, with child-led play at its heart. The gentle atmosphere is ideal for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers alike.

There’s nothing you need to prepare - just come along, settle in, and enjoy the space and the talk. Tea and coffee will be available for you to enjoy.
