LOCKED IN DANCE COMPANY

This class is all about bonding time between mummy and baby! This class is in the afternoon because as a mum myself, there’s nothing to do after lunch time until now. In this class we will begin with some music time and stretching with your little one and then move onto the mummy portion where we will get moving with our little ones in a baby carrier and do different styles of dance. This is a special class focussed on bonding, creativity, and movement. This is a supportive, family oriented environment; need a break? Take it, need to feed? Go ahead! Come and find a loving community, get moving, and love on your bubbas.
