LITTLE REGGIOS

Little Reggios is a calm, play based toddler class designed to support children’s early development through curiosity, exploration and hands-on learning.

Each session features thoughtfully prepared exploration tuff trays, using a mix of sensory and natural materials to encourage children to investigate, create and discover at their own pace. These open-ended activities help to develop key early skills, including fine motor control, hand strength and coordination, all of which are essential foundations for pre-writing.

Children are given time for uninterrupted, child-led play, allowing them to build confidence, independence and problem-solving skills in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

We gently bring the session together with a short story and a few familiar songs, creating a calm and connected ending for both children and their grown ups.

Grown ups will also get tea or coffee to enjoy while their little one explores.

Our tuff trays are not strictly messy play but sometimes it can get messy! Please bring a change of clothes and a towel for your child just in case.

We try to keep all our resources and materials taste safe but sometimes we do use natural materials like shells, leaves and sticks. Please be aware of this if your child likes to put things in their mouth.
