LITTLE FIXERS

At Fix It Collective, we’re teaming up with Nature Makers to combine our shared values of creativity, sustainability, and repair. Together in our Little Fixers space we’ll explore how everyday materials can be reused and transformed, creating together and celebrating nature, making useful items that support the environment, and mixing up eco-friendly slimes and playdoughs that prove fun doesn’t have to come at the planet’s expense.

What to Expect:

Fun, hands-on activities that spark creativity, connect children with the natural world, and encourage sustainable habits — showing that we don’t always need to buy new to make something wonderful.

In September, our workshops will include

Wednesday 10th September:

Create a Bug Hotel – Build a cosy home for minibeasts using recycled materials.

Wednesday 17th September:

Artistic Prints – Use baking trays and everyday objects to experiment with textures and shapes, making art worth framing.

Wednesday 24th September:

Natural Slimes & Sensory Playdough – Mix, play, and explore with eco-friendly recipes.
