LITTLE FIXERS

And we’re back!

For 4 Fridays in May, we’re bringing back Little Fixers with a limited series of creative sessions. Join us for a morning where little ones can play, make, and explore at their own pace.

Book your Stay & Play session or your workshop, you can even combine both on one ticket!

STAY & PLAY (10:00–12:00) 6mo to 5yo.

Our Stay & Play runs throughout the full session, giving you the freedom to stay for 2hours, or join whenever convenient.

You’ll find a thoughtfully selection of open-ended toys designed to support children’s development and introduce fixing. We prioritise natural materials and avoid plastic and big brands while focusing on creativity. Children age 2+ can also explore craft activities. We also have a full section of toys for 3+ to design, build and use tools.

Carers stay and supervise throughout.

WORKSHOPS (3-5 years old)

Our workshops are designed to explore a skill or theme each week in a guided session. Parents/carers stay and supervise throughout.

These are adds-on to stay & play or can be booked separately.

Little Fixers Workshop – 10:00 (45 mins)

Focused on fixing, making, and creative problem-solving, with safe tools and materials adapted for little hands.

Nature Makers Workshop – 11:00 (45 mins)

Led by Nature Makers, these sessions explore the natural world through art, craft, and sensory activities.

Little Fixers (10:00)

1st May: Apron Making – using reclaimed fabrics

8th May: Kite Making – using reclaimed materials

15th May: Garden Basket – simple weaving techniques

22nd May: Creative Making – crafting with reclaimed materials

Nature Makers (11:00)

1st May: Earth Art – creating with natural materials and clay

8th May: Flowers & Petals – exploring hapa zome (flower pounding)

15th May: Insects & Minibeasts – bug hunts and themed crafts

22nd May: Butterflies – spot them outside and get inspired to create

STORY TIME (11:45)

We finish the morning together with a relaxed story time, including songs and shared reading

This is a shared, mixed-age space designed for exploration, creativity, and connection. To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we ask all parents and carers to remain attentive and actively supervise their children at all times.

While the room is set up with different areas—including a designated baby corner and age-appropriate toys—this is still a mixed-age environment. Please be mindful of younger children, especially babies, who may be more vulnerable around older, more active play.

We kindly ask that you:

- Keep a close eye on your child and guide their play where needed
- Encourage gentle, respectful behaviour around others
- Help keep the baby area calm and safe for little ones
- Be aware of small parts or activities that may not be suitable for all ages

Our team is here to support, but overall responsibility for children’s safety remains with parents and carers.
