Description
Little Feelings Club is a warm, playful parent/carer–toddler group designed to help little ones explore their big feelings in a safe, gentle and developmentally‑supportive way.
Each session blends evidence‑informed early years practice with simple, engaging activities that toddlers love — giving families a calm, nurturing space to connect, play and grow together. Across our weekly sessions, we use stories, songs, and imaginative activities to help toddlers begin to recognise emotions, build confidence, and develop early self‑regulation skills. Everything is designed with little attention spans in mind: short, varied, predictable routines that help children feel secure while still keeping things fun and exciting.
Parents and carers will also learn simple strategies you can use at home — from emotion coaching language to co‑regulation techniques — all woven naturally into play. There’s no pressure for children to join in straight away; they can watch, explore, or participate in their own time. Every child’s pace is respected.
Little Feelings Club is also a space for you. A chance to slow down, enjoy quality time with your toddler, and connect with other local families in a friendly, supportive environment. Sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and designed to feel calm and grounding, even on the busiest of days.Whether your toddler is confident and curious, sensitive and cautious, or anywhere in between, Little Feelings Club offers a gentle foundation for emotional wellbeing — helping children feel understood, supported, and ready to thrive.
