A calm, supportive group for children aged 7–10, focused on building confidence, emotional awareness, focus and skills for life.

In today’s fast-paced world, many children feel overwhelmed, struggle to express their emotions, or find it hard to stay focused. This group offers a gentle space where children can slow down, feel safe, and begin to understand themselves better.

Through simple, practical activities, children learn how to:

✨ feel calmer and more in control

✨ build confidence and self-awareness

✨ improve focus and presence

A Journey Across the Year

This is not just a weekly class, but a structured journey supporting children’s growth over time.

Term 1 focuses on awareness, helping children understand their thoughts, feelings and attention.

Term 2 introduces simple ideas about connection, body awareness and intuition.

Term 3 encourages curiosity, imagination and understanding how choices shape experiences.

Term 4 builds confidence, leadership and responsibility.

Throughout the year, children develop confidence, emotional awareness and focus — skills for life.

The programme can continue beyond the first year, deepening their understanding as they grow.

Each session includes a short guided video, gentle discussion, and simple awareness-based practices adapted for children. The sessions are designed to feel calm, engaging and supportive — not pressured or overwhelming.

Parents are welcome to stay and observe or take part if they wish, creating an opportunity for shared understanding and connection.

This is a small group to ensure each child feels seen, supported and comfortable.
