Movement for Mamas is a gentle, guided expressive movement session designed to help you feel more resourced, grounded, and energised in your motherhood journey.

• Simple nervous system regulation practices
This is not about choreography or getting it “right” — it’s about moving in a way that feels good, releasing tension, and reconnecting with yourself.
Babies are very welcome. A central mat space allows little ones to rest, play or be close while you move.
Whether you're newly postpartum or a more seasoned mama, this space meets you where you are.
Come as you are — tired, joyful, overwhelmed, or in need of a reset.
