INSPIRE EXCELLENCE ACADEMY

Our Independent Gymnastics class (ages 3–5) is the perfect first step into structured gymnastics without parents in the hall (parents in viewing area). Children begin to build confidence, independence and listening skills as they learn to follow coach instructions in a safe, supportive and fun environment.

Sessions focus on fundamental movement skills including balance, coordination, strength, jumping, rolling and basic apparatus work. Through carefully planned circuits, warm-ups and skill stations, gymnasts develop body awareness and early gymnastics shapes while building social skills and resilience. This class lays the foundation for future progression into our recreational and squad pathways — helping every child take their first confident step in gymnastics.
