Description

Our structured Parent & Child Gymnastics class in Leyton is designed for children aged 9 months to 3 years and focuses on developing balance, coordination, strength and early movement skills in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Each session is carefully planned and coach-led, guiding parents through themed circuits, songs, sensory activities and age-appropriate gymnastics equipment to support physical and cognitive development.

Children build confidence as they climb, roll, jump and explore, while parents learn how to safely support their child’s progression. This class encourages social interaction, listening skills and independence — all while strengthening the special bond between parent and child. 💜
