Join Master Trainer and experienced Postnatal Instructor Chloe Morant, founder of Ikigai Pilates for a Postnatal mat Pilates course suitable for new mamas of all abilities; bring your baby along too!

Post-birth can of course be a stressful and uncertain time for new Mums, which is why Chloe prides herself on creating a no-pressure, come-as-you-are environment, where she hopes you can relax in the knowledge that you're in safe hands. She will gently guide you towards feeling more yourself again through a workout tailored to your body's specific needs :)

Price? Course of 13 sessions is £195.
