HUMANISTIC PLACE

At Humanistic Place, I offer sound baths for babies, children and teenagers, creating calm, welcoming spaces where young people can relax, experience soothing sounds and enjoy a different way of slowing down.

As a qualified counsellor and certified sound healing practitioner, I bring together gentle sound, warmth and an understanding of how important it is for children to feel safe, comfortable and free to be themselves.

Different sessions are available for different age groups:

• 👶 Baby Sound Bath (Pre-Walkers)

A gentle sensory experience for babies and their parent or carer.

• 🚶 Toddler & Preschool Sound Bath (18 Months–5 Years)

A playful and relaxed session where little ones can explore sound alongside their parent or carer.

• 🧒 Children's Sound Bath (6–12 Years)

A calming sound experience designed for school-age children. Children can attend independently, and one parent is welcome to stay if preferred.

• 👦 Teen Sound Bath (13–18 Years)

A space for teenagers to switch off from the pressures of everyday life and experience the restorative effects of sound.

Sessions may include a short relaxation story, an introduction to the instruments, a sound bath using singing bowls, chimes and other gentle sound instruments, and opportunities to explore some instruments under supervision.

Participation is always optional. Children are welcome to sit, lie down, move around, take breaks or simply listen in the way that feels right for them.

Please ring the main entrance doorbell on arrival. There is space inside to leave prams and belongings. Limited free parking is available at the venue.
