HORSHAM SPORTS SERVICES

For 5-12 year olds. A programme covering all the key throwing, jumping and running disciplines involved in athletics. Led by multisports coach Tom Sikora in the specialised athletics environment of The Bridge leisure centre's stadium. Note that in the event of wet/cold weather we move inside to The Tube, an indoor athletics training area next to the track (to the left of the entry gate).

Please bring a drink, a snack and clothing appropriate to both being active and to the prevailing weather conditions.
