As two experienced midwives, qualified lactation consultants, and mums of three, we know the real journey begins at home. That’s why we created a course that goes beyond the basics—offering practical knowledge, confidence, and calm for those precious, challenging early weeks.

A Course Designed for Real Life With Your Newborn

Our three‑week course is ideal from 28 weeks of pregnancy. Unlike traditional classes, we focus entirely on the postnatal period from the first moments with your baby through the fourth trimester helping you understand what to expect and how to respond with confidence and instinct.
