Description
Baby yoga is a gentle exercise for you and your baby. For your little one we focus on moves to help strengthen their neck, back and chest muscles to get them ready for pushing up and crawling. We do moves to help with their spine mobility and flexibility, moves to help with their co-ordination, balance and spacial awareness and sneak in some tummy time.
For mums we do some gentle strengthening exercises to help regain your core muscles - your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
We sing songs, use sensory toys and enjoy a lovely interactive hour.
Easy pram access in through the side door to the church. Parking available at the church.
