Move & Explore is a unique outdoor wellbeing programme in South East London that combines group fitness for parents with a FREE forest school-inspired childcare session running at the same time, in the same park.

While you strengthen your body, your child explores, builds confidence, and connects with nature in a safe, supported environment.

This is more than childcare.

It’s movement, independence, and wellbeing for the whole family.
