Are you a new parent looking to find your rhythm again? Join us for a unique postnatal fitness class that combines the elegance of Ballroom and the energy of Latin dance - all while your little one sleeps or bounces along in their carrier.

Why Join Us?

Postnatal Fitness: Low-impact cardio to rebuild core strength and posture.

Learn a Skill: Master the basics of dances such as the Cha Cha, Waltz, and Salsa.

Local Community: 60 minutes of dance followed by a short social for coffee

and chats.

Level: No dance experience required!

Drop in or pay in advance on the website.

• All participants must have completed their 6-week postnatal check with a GP and received clearance to resume physical activity before attending.
• It is strongly recommended that participants who have undergone a C-section wait at least 12 weeks before beginning the class.

Baby-carrier/sling fit checks by a certified baby-wearing peer supporter.
